We carry out large scale heathland restoration involving mature pine or hardwood tree clearance followed by stump grinding, litter stripping and where required heather seeding. Heather seeding can be carried out by spreading of flail collected heather or we by brush collecting seed and spreading.
Routine maintenance of heaths includes gorse and birch clearance, mulching, flail collecting, spot spraying or, weedwiping of scrub regrowth and ground disturbance using excavators or rotovators.
